Comments: As an author and journalist, communication is important. But, finding a dependable contractor to communicate with me while I travel to do my job is hard. Until I found Ray. Not only did Ray communicate wonderfully and help visualize my project with me (from design to conception), he delivered on time and created exactly what I envisioned! His work is gorgeous and I will not contract anyone else. The trust I have for MRM and their quality of work is beyond reproach. And that's a big deal.

Comments: Quite simply, Ray is the best! We've just come to the end of a complete master suite reno, the bulk of which was in the bathroom, and we are loving the results. Unfortunately we hit some issues beyond Ray's control, but he stepped up, above and beyond, to put things right. His aim was for the finished result to be the best that it could be, and he did not disappoint. He's a great communicator, has a "can do" attitude, good to work with, and just a thoroughly nice guy! Comments: It has been a pleasure to work with Ray. He has changed out ceiling fans and rescreened my porch. Now he is finishing a kitchen remodel for me and his work is beautiful. He met all projected deadlines and always showed up when he said he would. He works side by side with his employees and subcontractors. He is actually finishing a few days earlier than promised on the kitchen remodel and the kitchen looks amazing. I highly recommend him and am already talking to him about future projects.

Project: Install flooring
Comments: I contracted Ray to install about 950 square feet of bamboo laminate flooring in late spring of 2013. He did an amazing job, especially around some of the more meticulous corners and crevices! After living in the house for several months (it is now November), I have not found any buckling or unnecessary gaps in the laminate, even through the weather changes. When I purchased the flooring, I bought just enough to cover the area I needed. So there was little room for error, and the pieces had to be used strategically. Ray did just that when he installed the flooring. There were no errors that I was aware of, and the pieces were placed so strategically that I even had a piece of a box left over. I am very happy with Ray's work and would highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting to install new hardwood/laminate flooring.

Comments: Ray did an excellent job. He removed and installed two new bath vanities along with mirrors and medicine cabinets. Before placing anything, he asked where I wanted the items placed. One of the bathroom vanity tops was cracked and he took it back to Lowe's to get a replacement. He kept in constant contact prior to the installation and I couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend MRM and would use him again.
